No. Potion is free while we're building it, and there are no ads.
No. Potion runs entirely in your browser chat, calls, screen sharing and the feed all work without a download. But you can always add the app to desktop for a better experience.
Calls are one-to-one at the moment. Group calls are on the list.
Anyone signed in to Potion. The Friends tab shows posts from people you're friends with, and Discover shows everyone's - so treat a post as public. Direct messages are a different thing: those stay between you and the person you sent them to.
By their full handle, username and tag together like potion#0001.
The tag is assigned when the account is created and doesn't change, so two people can share a
username without being confused for each other.
Yes. Blocking removes the friendship, hides their posts and comments from you and yours from them, and stops them calling or messaging you. You can undo it any time from Settings.
Settings, then Delete Account. We email you a confirmation code first. Once confirmed, your messages, friendships and posts are removed.
